Sign in to Workshare with your Microsoft work account

  1. Open the Workshare desktop app, the Workshare mobile app, or go to my.workshare.com in a browser.
A button labeled "Sign in with Microsoft work account" is located on the Workshare sign in page below the field to enter your email address.
  1. Click/tap Sign in with Microsoft work account. You’ll be redirected to the Microsoft login page.
Note: You must use Microsoft work account credentials. It is not possible to sign in with personal account credentials (e.g. hotmail.com and outlook.com email addresses), which are used with the Personal and Home subscriptions of Microsoft Office 365.
 
 The Microsoft sign in page has two fields: one to enter a user name and one to enter a password. Below these fields are a "Sign in" button and a "Back" button.
  1. Enter your work account user name and password and click/tap Sign in.
 The request says, "Workshare needs permission to sign you in and read your profile". Below this text is a button that says "Accept" and a button that says "Cancel".
  1. Click/tap Accept. Sign in is complete and your Workshare Home page is displayed.
Note: If you don’t want to continue, click Cancel then Return to Sign in and sign in to Workshare using your Workshare credentials.
