If your Workshare trial has ended or your paid license has expired, you'll receive notifications saying that your license needs to be up to date when you try to access Workshare functionality.

If you were on a paid license, you'll see these notifications:

Your Workshare license expired on [license expiry date] and your software will stop working soon. To keep using Workshare, your license needs to be updated.

You do not have a current license for Workshare. To use Workshare you need an up-to-date license.

You do not have a current license for Workshare so your email will be sent without Workshare protections. To use Workshare, you need an up-to-date license.
If you were on a trial of Workshare, you'll see these notifications:

Your Workshare trial will end on [trial expiry date]. To continue using Workshare after this date, you will need to have a current license.

If you've renewed your Workshare 9.5 license, the license entitlement on your computer will update automatically and you'll be able to continue using Workshare and will no longer receive these notifications. If your license hasn't updated automatically, follow these steps to for the license update.
